About this Rental

Single wide mobile home. Has two bedrooms with full size beds. In the main room there is two full size futons. One bathroom. There is no linens or dishes provided. Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum on holidays/events.
Cancellation Policy

  • If you have made a reservation and need to cancel, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • If your cancellation is within 7 days of the reservation you will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • If your cancellation exceeds 120 days from the date of Booking, refund will be issued in the form of a Rain Check for a future date.
